It has been a while since I haven’t posted a thing in this blog. You see, I have a difficulty in maintaining two blogs at the same time. Since I have a perpetual case of writer’s block, writing numerous accounts of the things going on around me can be really grueling.
So far, I have imported all of the posts that I have from my original blog (just check out the posts). You will be rest assured that I will still be maintaining the more public blog (that is, the one in blogspot) and I’ll just have this blog in a more personal (but still private) level. I have provided a link of this site in my blogspot account, but I don’t think that my students or any of the people who has been stalking me for some time will check this. I have taken a break from checking the piles of book reports which have accumulated for my Christmas vacation. I planned to take it with me during the retreat, but it just seem that I do not have the guts to carry it all with me and check them during the sessions.
So here I am, checking the book reports plus the theater critique while my nose is still stuffy and I have this terrible cough which makes my breathing quite difficult. WHAT A BLAST.No matter how daunting it may be, I enjoy reading book reports. For a normal student, the necessity of a book report may seem very illogical, but actually, to an educator, it’s probably one of the most indispensable ways to judge how much a student has learned in an English or Filipino class - well, that is, if the student is honest enough if he has done […]
